"The rooms were remodeled, clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back."

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel has a fitness center and a swimming pool. In addition, there is a shopping center nearby, and it's easy to get an Uber. Last, Kiley a receptionist is very helpful and friendly."

"This hotel is clean (smells amazing), comfortable, and right in the middle of a plaza with restaurants, shopping, and a convenient store! It couldn't be more accommodating. The hotel shuttle takes you to near by places and to the airport for free. We used it almost every day. We loved our stay and will be booking this hotel in Monterey again! "

"I had a great stay here. The location is the biggest highlight—it’s right next to Paseo La Fe, which makes finding food and shopping incredibly easy. The rooms feel fresh and modern, with a great desk for working and solid soundproofing against the street noise. It’s also only about 15 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient for my flight. Special thanks to the staff for being so professional and helpful. Highly recommend for business or a shopping trip!"

"It's a good hotel next to bus station for overnight stay for travelers. It's old and not updated, but clean and safe. Outside the area is shady and may be unsafe at night, but the hotel is secure. The restaurant on site provides good food. Overall, a fair value for a cheap overnight stay."
