"Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 7 Nächte dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die zimmer sind zwar etwas älter aber man ist ja eh die meiste zeit drausen und das wichtigste hat man alles. Die gegend ist mega gut. Der personal war sehr sehr nett. Das auto stand die ganze woche in der Tiefgarage. "

"Es handelt sich um ein neues Haus mit sehr guten Ausstattung. Vor allem was die Freizeitbereiche angeht sind die Geräte und der Baumstandard ist gut. Die Verwaltung mit Vacationclub war aber ziemlich holprig. Der Code für den Schlüsselbox wurde nicht geschickt, hierbei hat das Telefonservice gerettet. Dann hat die Schlüsselkarte nicht für alle Bereiche funktioniert. Um dieses Problem zu lösen haben sie ganze 4 Tage gebraucht. Am Ende wurde die Kaution vollständig abgezogen, weil man auch die...

"Bei der Buchung war nicht beschrieben das es ein Kur Zentrum ist, es wurde als Hotel beschrieben,lt.Ausschilderung waren angeblich Parkplätze bereit,was nicht stimmte "

"Stay of 5. 6 pillows but only 2 pillow cases. Sleep sofa with no sheets or pillow cases. Only 2 towels and no replacements. 1 1/2 roll of terrible toilet paper. Coffee maker but no coffee. No soap. No hand towels. Pretty much no necessities. Vacation club staff can not be reached on phone. Need to go there and wait and no help at all. Promised replacement towels after day 3 which never came. "

"Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely. We can recommend."

"Traumhafter Familienurlaub! Die Lage direkt am Strand war traumhaft und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Für unsere Kinder war alles geboten: ein toller Spielplatz für die Kleinen sowie Volleyball und Tischtennis für die Großen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Möglichkeit, sich das Frühstück im Korb liefern zu lassen. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!"
