When there was trouble getting out of Aguas Calientes, he was working with his contacts to give is updates. Im not sure we would have been able to leave without his assistance. They took our IDs to register us, and two days later, when we left at 5 a.m., they came out to see us off without us even having to call them, which we appreciated since we didn't want to inconvenience them so early in the morning.
