"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was actually warm (which isn’t always the case!), and that made my 12-year-old granddaughter so happy. It’s very kid-friendly and perfect for families. The location is also a huge plus — it’s right next door to the theater and Tropical Falls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient and easy."

"The breakfast was in a separate building which wasn’t bad but no meat/protein only pancakes, eggs, biscuit, cereal and pastries. The rooms were clean but no where to hang your clothes. They ran out of towels and wash cloths when needed more. Pool Was open and clean. Property was clean. Nice area. Safe. "

Everyone I’ve met on the staff genuinely cares about their facility & the quality of their guests’ stay. They go above & beyond. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Every staff member was cheerful and accommodating. In particular Madison at the front desk and Brad at the hotel bar went above and beyond.
