"Best feature of this hotel is the location very near walking distance to the Sealdah railway station and also major thoroughfare bus lines and metro so easy access to other areas. This is an Indian mid-range (3 star) hotel so very affordable. There is some construction going on in 2026 but not during quiet hours so not disruptive. Rooms available are all newly renovated with brand new paint, furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. and a working elevator so no struggling with bags on stairs. Bedding...

The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it."

"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. "The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "

The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "
