"Nice clean hotel. Unfortunately no airco in a rather warm room and when opening windows in the evening mosquitos came in. The bed was rather uncomfortable with thin mattress."

"The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaning are amazing people. They did their jobs excellently each day and always ready to serve! The hotel itself is conveniently located, closed to bus stop and 10-15 minutes to Luzern station and nearby tourist spots, restaurants. Transportation like boats, buses, trains, etc that will bring you to your chosen destinations. Cheaper food markets are there too and is scattered everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time spent plus a beautiful weather...
