"I bought a stay for my daughter’s birthday and she said that she had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. I emailed the team advising them it was my daughter’s birthday and they went the extra mile, she had a room upgrade and was also greeted with a birthday cake and a box of chocolates. She was so surprised and delighted. She was so impressed we booked a stay too."
