"Very good location. Right next to the walking streets, but the room was very quiet at night. The room is pretty compact size, but that's pretty common for Japanese city hotels. They have free happy hour drink in the reception as well as ice cream. The staff was also very friendly and helpful if needed guidance. Definitely recommend."

"I have stayed here multiple times now. My most recent was approx 10 months ago. Multiple staff recognized me and greeted me, everyone is friendly. Although there are a few minor issues here and there with property, overall this place is great. I appreciate the use of the Japanese bath. Also that the cabins are cleaned every day.
