Helpful staff to help find things to do or see. Btw-there’s tons! Located right in the old city which makes parking a challenge. The hotel sends an email the day before with some helpful guidance. Just bring your patience and breathe, it all works out. Smallish rooms but you’re in the heart of the city, so it’s understandable. Everything is clean and modern with a small balcony. Breakfast is included and includes a fair sized buffet. Overall, very few complaints once you get parking...

Very pleasant stay in Napflio. Guests need to be aware that this is an old city, and parking can be a real issue. Unless you're lucky, you may end up parking several blocks away. In addition, be sure to inquire in advance as to how you will access your room. We had a great room in an adjacent building with steep winding stairs as the only option for gaining access to the room--including getting luggage up and down. Fantastic breakfast available for small cost.
