"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

End of the street was the beaches , trams buses to go either back into Athens or down the stunning coast to the lake or peninsula and at the other end was trams and a mirage of restaurants and bars The hotel has a lovely relaxing pool area and an outside shady space fully serviced with a nice menu . The rooms are kept immaculate . The service from all departments second to none . I highly recommend this hotel"

"It is a beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful views of the coastline. Immaculate, modern and efficient with polite and accomodating staff. The location is convenient to the harbor of Pireaus and not far from Athens. It is also very walkable to great taverns by the sea and small ports such as Microlimano and Pasalimani.
