"If you plan your trip to Rapa Nui, this is the place to stay - they will take care of all your needs!
We absolutely loved how we were treated as family from the very moment we arrived. We did private tours following the concierge recommendations and had the best of time- also the hotel always asked us what snacks and drinks to pack had chairs, ponchos, umbrellas in case we needed them. The tour guides Teata and David were absolutely delightful and took amazing care of us! The restaurant food...

"The place is very up-scale but casual just like the whole island. It would not hurt having it closer to "downtown" as the 15-min walk to another restaurant down a narrow road with no sidewalk gets tiring after a while. The pool is excellent and so is the service. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast had all the necessary items. The restaurant was always clean. The hotel
Staff is wonderful. Shout out to Paulina who was so helpful to us when our tour company fell short on the tours of the island and national parks we purchased. She actually intervened on our behalf and got them to provide what we had paid for. All
Staff were kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. If I were to go back to Easter Island I would stay here...

"The property was convenient for our stay and was recommended by Viator for our tour pick-up. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed a last minute tour guide fill-in. Air conditioning was great, nice big shower. Very noisy roosters during the night, beds sag in the middle so did wake up a few times. Breakfast does not start until 8, including no coffee so not helpful for an early start. We were surprised with all the chickens around there were no eggs, not even...

"Beto (Father) and Tutti (son) own and operate the property. They gave us a warm welcome and ensured all our accommodation needs were satisfied. In addition, Tutti played host (required guide on the island) for the full length of our stay. He drove us around in his pickup truck and gave us detailed history of the island and the culture. Not only is Tutti well-versed in history, he is fluent guitar player and a professional (cultural) dance performer. My parents (elderly) were incredibly...
