There are some steps to the front door, but this is clearly shown on their website (thank you for your honesty!), and staff are happy to help. There is a lift inside. Breakfast is nicely done by attentive staff. It's within easy reach of the station (a word of warning about the station - allow plenty of time for its very long passageway), and sights such as the Russian Church and the Casino. "A welcoming, small family hotel, actually part of a big sports club with tennis, football, paddle plus the Olympic pool.- The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and absolutely huge portions. We got to know all of the staff in four days. Hector, Nicholas, Massimo, Molla, and Patricia the owner were all just great!! Easy free parking is always a huge plus"
