The only improovement could be softer pillows (they had a pillow menu, and we asked for a neck pillow - it was gigantic - not made for women.) The duvet was amazing and I used a corner for a pillow. I should have contacted the reception for another pillow. "

"Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Gießen. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. An- und Abreise sind also sehr unkompliziert. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Ich habe keinen Zugverkehr mitbekommen. Außerdem fahren vom Bahnhof diverse Buslinien ab. Man ist also gut angebunden. Frühstück hebt sich spürbar positiv vom Standard-Frühstück vieler Hotels ab. Hotel ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür in gutem Zustand. Ich hatte ein...

"We checked in, but the room was way too small for us to stay so we ended up finding other accommodations. I choose no cancellation when I booked because I thought it couldn't be THAT bad, so I just had to eat the money, but it was supposed to be a two room suite, but it was essentially just two rooms with beds in each that took up essentially the entire space. It smelled very musty, and due to it being so hot outside and it being near a bus stop/busy intersection the room was also way too hot...
