"The hotel is near the Kitahama train station and very convenient. The staff is very helpful. There is a Family mart on the corner from the hotel and Starbucks on the main street around the corner. The washing machine on the 2nd floor is 24hrs. The machine adds its laundry detergent so there is no need to buy. The room was very quiet and slept very well."
