"If you’re wondering whether to book this place, just do it! It was our favorite part of our trip to Greece. It is located in a quiet fishing village. The views are amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We looked forward to breakfast every morning that included plenty of coffee and options for all dietary needs. They even had a juicer and fruits and vegetables for fresh juice. Each room has designated loungers by the water, and we spent plenty of time relaxing there. Many thanks to the family and staff that hosted us!!"

"Pros: very friendly staff (felt almost at home), good dining options (buffet, restaurant, bar), free transport to the local beaches (Koukounaries and Maratha) Cons: no lifts. It was difficult to get the pram 3 stairs up and down at least 2-3 times a day. No inclusivity for disabled as well (I've done a reservation for my parents in law, which i had to cancel - received a full refund for this- because there was other means of disabled people to get to different levels. I was disappointed for a 5star hotel, not to have a provision for disabled. Not recommended for families with small kids that have got prams or people with moving difficulties."

"The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do."

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the pleasant and helpful staff. From check-in to departure, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring — they made sure every detail was just right. "The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek requiring you to send a pre-arrival form, all in Greek, when options to do this all by phone might be limited. Due to network problem in the area, could not reach property by phone. Finally, we established contact on FB messenger and the property manager was able to call me back. When she did, she was wonderfully helpful and polite. Overall pleased, property is lovely once you get there, but do realize it’s in the middle of nowhere with a steep walk to and from the beach and town, and communications can be challenging. "
