The staff we so friendly and attentive and were always ready to give us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and more! Breakfast every day was delicious (and very filling!) and getting to walk outside and be in the center of Old Chania was simply incredible!"

There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. "Great location, short walking distance to the water and Old Town. A little hard to find but that's what keeps it quiet. Service was fantastic, especially Greg, who stayed after reception hours to check us in and provide us with local restaurant recommendations. The only downside is it doesn't have parking but there is a parking garage close by where you can book a parking spot which I highly recommend as finding street parking is challenging. Highly recommend!!"

"Perfect hotel for our Chania adventures. The hotel is a short walk to the old town and harbor. It’s also adjacent to the bus station - that made it easy for our trek to Samariá Gorge. The staff was incredibly helpful with tips for things to do and best way to do them. We would absolutely stay again. "
