"Helpful and friendly staff on front desk, large room, big and very comfortable bed. very central location, parking underneath hotel at £10 a night. Decoration a little tired, but absolutely brilliant value overall, I will certainly stay there again the next time I'm in Cheltenham."

"It is a small room. We were on 2nd floor. Faucet in the toilet is 3 tap phole type and quite frustrating to use. They have narrow stairs so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. It is close to city centre. A bus away from Cheltenham to Cotswold and Gloucester. "

Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,"
