"Good place to stay during the NCAA tournament. Arena is walkable, with plenty of restaurants and sports bars on the way. The river park is just a couple blocks away - great for unwinding between game days. Also a short walk to the West End where there are lots of great breakfast options. Large lobby with a big screen. Indoor and outdoor bars. Rooms clean and spacious. Parking on site. Very happy with this hotel."

It had parking, the staff was easy to speak with and both check in and check out were smooth including free coffee in the lobby. Had hot water in the shower and the ac/heater worked well. Negatives: Walls in the room had stains and smears of what seems like dirt and even blood? The floors in the room were very dirty so do keep your shoes on in the room.
