If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a room overlooking the interior patio rather than the street. But do stay at Casa Rose - it's wonderful."

However sometimes all you want is a bed and bath, and the hot water is better than hotels three times the price. It’s located in front of the bus terminal in Rionegro and therefore very convenient if you’re just pass through."
