"Restaurant is superb. Our room was very nice, just small annoying details. For one, staff promised to fix a wall outlet that has two USB outlets that did not work. Overall, Casareyna is a beautiful hotel with s fabulous restaurant. Also it is in a great location for walking to sites in the Historic Center. Finally, the staff is really nice and helpful. "

"Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends. "

"Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door."

"Parking at not extra cost with vallet parking 24 hours (no tip included) Small rooms but clean. Staff are amazing Property is like a time capsule to the Puebla colonial time 10 minutes away from the historic down town or shopping center (by car) Small restaurant inside the property open 7am to 10pm personally I prefere explore the city and new places to eat, but very convenient for people with tight schedulle Thank you guys I really enjoy my stay with you, we'll see you next time ; )"

"Everything is as described. Overall, it's a decent and clean hostel. Nothing fancy. Many inexpensive little things can be added or improved. More hangers in the bathroom and bunkbed to hang towels and clothes. More lockers and/or small tables. Small light on each bed (for reading). Maybe also, a big blackboard for weekly events/activities or just to write messages."
