"The staff were excellent. I don’t speak German and their English was very good. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town. However, next time I would book a double room because the single was very small (like Japanese small). And only had one plug socket which was nowhere near the desk. "

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Tagungs- und Seminarstätte, sowie auch ein Hostel, außerhalb von Bielefeld in absolut ruhiger Lage. Ich habe als Einzelperson ein großzügiges, sauberes Doppelzimmer im gelben Hausbereich erhalten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend.
