"Room was lovely. Great bed. Great shower. Difficult to get into the car park as intercom doesn’t work and you have to phone reception on your own phone. Not good if you don’t have roaming! Breakfast is an additional £22 each. Use of the swimming pool is £18 each. Turns a reasonable priced stay into an extremely expensive one. Restaurant food was nice, if small portions. Service was terrible! By the time we managed to ask a waiter for dessert menu, we were told no, as it was 1 minute past 10...

"We had a great stay at Hotel Zamek Ryn - it is a huge castle and an impressive place to stay. There are two spa areas/pools - both were great."

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Aber: auf dem Dach ist ein Ventilator der so laut ist, dass man ihn permanent hört. Das Internet hat ein Download von 0,5 mb - falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...
