"I stsyed here from Monday 21st to friday 25th October, on arrival i found the two receptions very polite & efficient, i stayed in the separate put of their accommodation, the room was of decent enough size with plenty of towels & all the rooms were very clean , i suppose the ibe thing that coild be improved on, is that there was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc all i had was two bottles of water , but no bottle opener , so i had to open them using y teeth ( do try this at home...

"worst ever check in. Arrived at 8, with the booking from hotel I had not the "confirmation" number specific for the hotel ( 4 digit) I rang the bell and the operator told me, to call the number on the door but this was not working, than to do the check in via the QR code on the door, but without the code was not possible. He supported me with the translation of the website as the page was not possible to be traslated ( you can translate from the home page, but than i was not able to go back to...

"Hotel was in an excellent location, very close to all major areas of the city and the public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with plenty of space to find a table. Room was clean and modern, only point of note was the carpets had seen better days but did not affect the stay at all."
