"Fabulous three days at the Westin Downtown Dallas. Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun."

"The hotel has a ton of character. I was told (have not verified) that it was an old factory and its definitely not a mass built motel 6. Very unique place. The room was clean and minimalist. The view was amazing. My wife and I used the pool which had the best view of the city. Pool is a little small. Great place for couples. Loved that I did not see or hear a single child."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay...
