"Llegué al hotel y me dijeron q no había habitación y que si la quería tenía que pagar 18€ más de lo que había pagado en la aplicación. Cuando me dieron la habitación era la más sucia y impresentable en la que he estado nunca.
No fui capaz de alojarme allí, me tocó estar 2 horas para que me hicieran el reembolso del dinero y poder buscar un hotel en condiciones."
