Only concern is staff was away from desk often without a bell or something to call for them.

Room was nice, didn’t use anything else in hotel

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff is outstanding. We had no problems what so ever. The room was clean the bedding was super. I enjoyed every minute. Our truck broke down and while we were waiting to have it serviced we were forced to stay and wait. Like I said we cant complain about anything. The breakfast was great. I thank everyone here. We couldn't have made it without the staff. They all made us comfortable.

This property is FANTASTIC! Not only is the property well appointed with a nice vibe; but, the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!!! The room was spacious, clean and had a nice contemporary decor. The bed was super comfy. Front desk personnel were very helpful. There was just one problem. We had no hot water for a shower in the morning. We checked into a different hotel that was awful! We were booked for 4 nights, but left after the first (and only stayed that night because we arrived after 8pm and had young children with us). We were scrambling to find a new hotel and contacted the Fairfield Inn. They were extremely accommodating from the start and even went above and beyond to have a room ready for us to check into at 9am because we had three young kids. Very friendly staff. Hotel needs updated. Bathroom handle was falling off and rusty.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Hotel was clean, room and bed were so comfortable. I think it would be better if you had a larger sign to help people find the hotel off of Taft St.

Check in was really Nice and went real quick, only thing i didn't like was the guy that had the night shift at the front desk was really grumpy...

Quick overnight stay. Great staff! Room was spacious & clean, quiet. Water was very soft (Feels like you can't get the soap off, but that's probably the condition of the water in the area.) but warm & plenty of water pressure. Bathroom had adequate counterspace, towels & functional lighting. Workout room was small, ceiling too low for equipment & spiders & their webs dropped on my head & equipment, but it worked. Breakfast was very good.

Liked the laminate floors in the rooms, feels like it can be cleaned better than just vacuuming a carpet.
