"Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort.
Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room.
To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!!

"The hotel is beautiful really 5 stars the crew are wonderful special thanks to Merjen GRM,Yakup and Arzu in lobby bar,the hotel is clean the rooms are cleaned every day the food was very good the personal was excellent,very clean with a lots of hospitality.Everyone is so pleasant.Less places by the pool cause the guests are blocking the chairs.Special thanks to everyone specially the GRM Merjen and the executive chef.We will definitely be back."

"All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller.
Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.
Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning).
Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite.

"Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey.
Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

Any problem and there would sort it out straight away.
I highly recommend this hotel.

"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

There is a wide range of food products to choose from, the only issue I encountered was the high waves at the beach, if you are good swimmer shouldnt be a problem. the room had a good view and the sound of waves at night was just amazing.
