Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room.

"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

"We were very pleased during our holiday at the Carmen Suite Hotel. The room and bathroom we stayed in were very clean. The sheets were white as snow. The hotel staff was cultured and helpful. The food was great. Finally, I recommend this hotel to everyone."

Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

"This is an amazing property. It sits on a small hill overlooking Alanya and Cleopatra beach. It is so close to the Teleferic cable car which transports tourists up to the walled fortress for exceptional views of the Mediterranean coastline for many miles. Rooms all have patios or balconies. The staff are very accommodating and professional and helped us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant and 2 medium sized pools with lots of lounges. Wonderful value. Would definitely return as it is optimally...
