"Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey.
Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

They were very accommodating when we told them that we are coming and we had a bad experience with previous hotel. They provided a fantastic room, we loved it, it was spacious/clean/modern/comfortable/great view on the balcony! We suggest for any guests to reserve rooms on block 9, as they are the best in the hotel.

"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "
