"Beautiful hotel in a great part of Guanajuato. The rooms have everything you might want, breakfast is superb. Thee only issue is ongoing construction of the property, but the staff were extremely accommodating of us and our pets."

"The location was a bit far from downtown, specially going to location as it was a steep incline. The shower floor was slippery since it had same tile as the walls. This created a dangerous situation if one takes a shower barefoot."
