"Amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk lady who spoke English was really helpful and nice. Excellent customer service also in the dining room. There was someone there to attend to any need. Very clean, amazing rooms, thermal bath was great. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend."

"I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had...

The indoor pool was good.
We stayed 4D3N, we had the same breakfast every morning which were quite boring. Lots of ducks and Poo in the pool.

"First time to Kusadasi area, our room was huge and in an ok condition but you get what you pay for. Even though you have a kettle in your room there was not tea/coffee or sugar. We took our own tea bags anyway. Room cleaned every other day.
Did have a small problem with a dog that was kept at the hotel heard it once barking at 3:30am and early morning around 6 and 7 I did complain about it and sort of rectified. As the property didn't have a pool we asked the Hotel next door think it was called...
