"We booked last minute ie when we arrived in Canberra, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to receive both the online instructions and get keys to access the place - all the while waiting in our car. There is NO reception desk so gained assistance from other residents on how to use elevator as swipe box was hidden behind padded lift liner, plus parking not numbered in any particular order - need a map. Once we were in we were comfortable and happy with the facilities and location. Lovely pub...

Having a pool, free car parking is a bonus, however everything is outdated but if your expectations aren't high and you find a good price for a room, it will do the job if you are just looking for a place to sleep with basic amenities.
