"We love to stay at Almira. It will be our first choice in Bursa. We have been here 5 times. All the staff from the reception to the bell boys and spa staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Thanks to them all to make Almira a wonderful place to stay. We live the spa, it's the best thermal spa in Bursa and they have a spa and thermal only for woman. I love it. The food are very delicious in restaurant. We can recommend the place. "

"Overall good. If I have to mention a negative side, I would say staff gathering at breakfast room. 5 of them formed a group like sitting in a cafe and chatting amongst themselves. For me it was really strange. Otherwise all okay. At the heart of the old town. "

"Perfect location, perfect breakfast BUT a) they never answered an email of mine, asking for help with car rental, b) wifi and internet didn't work for 2 whole days, they said it was my phone problem (which, by the way was working perfectly even in the buses from and to İstanbul), c) no room service during the only day we needed it, i.e. Saturday and d) the main lamp of the room broke the 2nd day, I didn't bother asking them to look at it. Very different from other past stays of mine there, not...
