"We were able to check in a little early. Each room has a designated parking spot, and the Inn is walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach, and Marginal Way. It’s about 1.5 miles from Perkins Cove, but it’s walkable and/or a short shuttle ride. Beautifully renovated, and great personalized service! "

"Wow, this place is glorious. Spectacular views right on the water! Step right onto the Marginal Way! The grounds were lovely and the staff was very friendly and hard-working. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable, updated. I missed having a mini fridge and coffee maker, but there were beverages at the office and a lovely breakfast area."

"This property is uniquely positioned. It is close enough to downtown to make walking to shops and restaurants easy but far enough away so you don’t listen to the hustle and bustle from the street. Very short walk to the beach or the walkway to Perkins Cove. Definitely will try to stay there again the next time we go to Ogunquit "

"We have stayed at this hotel often and will keep coming back. The amount of space the rooms offer for the price is incredible. Our son ran in the Maine Coast Marathon and we were allowed to return to our room for him to shower even though it was well past check-out time. Staff was wonderful. We will be back!"
