Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please...

"The hotel area is huge. You can use all the other kamelya hotels pools, beach, bars etc. This is very good. Breakfast just above average ( no smoked salmon for example) lunch and dinner is great. We had sushi on one day, other day good fish selection. We had italian speciality dining which was excellent.
French speciality restaurant was closed for 3 days because lack of interest ( strange, in the 3 hotels there is no 10 people who can afford 25 euros extra for an a la carte dining? Maybe tooo...
