Very nice; comfortable bed, good ventilation, great shower and a sitting area balcony overlooking the garden and restaurant. They offer a lovely buffet breakfast and Annabella and staff were very accommodating. And we discovered how incredible the restaurant, Jangal, is. Incredible menu, newly opened. Truly a great experience not to be missed. "

My luggage was delayed by the airline, and the team assisted me in contacting the airline’s lost and found, retrieving my bags, and getting the essentials I needed for the first couple of days. "This place is absolutely lovely and very well located, just 15 minutes walk (or a slow walk of 20 mins) from the most central places. Opposite the premises is a beautiful park (Jardins do Palácio de Cristal) with peacocks and stunning views over Porto. The decor of the rooms and the common areas are beautiful, the staff extremely kind and helpful - thank you Maria and the other lady who went out of her way to ensure that I could connect to their Internet when I lost network coverage.
