"The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The property was clean. Everyone was so polite and always asking if there was anything that you needed or if they could give you help in anyway it was wonderful to have my return to the airport booked by them and the driver was fantastic. The hotel itself was clean and there was so many wonderful areas to sit out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"There is a pharmacy thats near, also restaurants. Its very convenient. Tony is very friendly and helpful always there when you call him. Please dont go looking for the Hilton its a comfy stay with the amenities that you need. "
"Great for carnival, but it is a bit of a walk from Everything and taxis are hard to get so you should try to get your own taxi driver. But even still is hard to navigate through the roads so your best bet is to walk. I would definitely stay here again, but I would look into closer hotels, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very nice."

Overall we had a great experience. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in 30 mins earlier, based on my request. The service was exceptional, dinner at The Exchange was great, there was a minor incident that occurred; however, it was handled well by the management. The pool hours from 7am to 11pm, which allowed us to take a swim after dinner. Also the pool depth and dimensions are perfect for children and for accomdating multiple familes and maintaining social distancing....
Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was kind and super helpful. I enjoyed the on property dining options, great bar selection. Overall a great stay! Ms.Carla at the pool bar is the bomb!
Nice hotel in a quiet location wit few fast food restaurants close by not far from major streets lik 4mins from airport staff is the 24hrs the day wit anything need place is clean only thing I didn’t lik was the noise durin the day lik they was workin on the room so it’s impossible to sleep after comin in from a long nite
So my girlfriend and I went to Mariott and I must say, TOP HOTEL. the staff was superb, the breakfast was delicious, the pool even though small still closes late which is great here in Trinidad.
My only negative for my stay here is that from the rooms, you can hear all of the chatter in the coridoor. That said, ideal business hotel. Not so ideal for the noisy couple who don't want to be heard.

The only minus- lack of gym,which was in the description of propperty, huge dissapointment for us. Other than that- lovely place.
Staff was very accommodating. The room size was great including a cute balcony. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen. A double bed wasn’t available we had twin beds not bad. The location is perfect for everything, restaurants, bars, churches, transportation all within a five minute walk.
Excellent walking trails with great views. Main house is reminiscent of grand stately property house. Cottages and rooms are excellent - simple, chic, clean, new and elegant
