It costs 10€ to get this access for normal rooms. When we were given access to the hot tub it was set to 74 degrees F and took 8 hours to get to a reasonableness temperature. Although this is not necessarily the hotels fault it was sad because it was rainy during our stay. We wished we would have stayed in Riva Del Garda...
