"All staff were kind and responsive, but there weren't enough of them! The restaurant was unable to serve food when a concurrent banquet was scheduled (announced to me after I had ordered my wine) until an hour later. Breakfast staff unable to keep up with stocking the coffee machine and clearing the tables. Not the fault of the staff, but the management.
The food at restaurant, when I got it, was truly delicious. Quite exceptional. And the front desk staff went out of their way to help with bags and taxi reservations.
I stayed in an apartment which was spacious and pretty much new. No complaints about facilities. I cannot think of a better location, maybe 50 meters from entrance to Cathedral Close.

"Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully.
Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom.
Very nice public areas and staff"
"Unfortunately we had to return home in the evening due to an emergency. The receptionist was so kind and understanding and gave us a snack to take with us because we hadn’t time to eat. First class customer service, I will be returning."
