"There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in. "

"The staff was very nice but the mattress was disgusting. There were mattresses outside when I pulled up? I asked for a new room and the staff was very nice and gave me a new one. But those mattresses were gross too. Cried. Would get my money back if I could. 0/10 don’t recommend sorry "

"Clean good location great staff "

"Checked in and overall conditions were fair, but several issues stood out right away. The walls were dirty, bathroom tiles were cracked, and the light fixtures had visible grime. The water temperature was inconsistent and mostly cold, although staff responded quickly when notified. One major concern was the jacuzzi being located very close to the bed where our belongings were on the floor. It made me question cleanliness and safety, especially since there was already a noticeable musty smell upon entering the room. That smell, combined with the setup, gave the impression this may not have been an isolated issue. While the staff was responsive, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"AC isn’t cooling, towel’s hanger was broken on the floor, less than half toilet paper only, lights of nightstand wasn’t working. Room wasn’t smelling good "

"The overall stay was okay. No towels at the pool. Got in pool which was freezing, which is expected in March. Hurriedly got out to no towels. "

"The staff was pleasant but there was a lot of someone else’s long hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and perfume. The beds were clean. This room was also very loud with motorcycles on the on ramp all night. "
