"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast....

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

"the room I stayed in was of standard dimensions.There were noticeable holes in the walls due to changes in racks and fixtures. While the bed was comfortable, it was equipped with wheels, resulting in a disconcerting sensation as any movement caused the entire bed to shift. The bathroom door was noisy and difficult to close, and there was a persistent issue of water leaking from the button of the WC. "nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck). We stayed in the family room and beds in the main bedroom was ok although the sofa in the living area very short and not comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower especially in the ‚pick’ time."
