The facilities were set up to a standard more like a local community leisure centre rather a luxurious hotel but it perfectly acceptable. "Beautiful spacious, quiet and warm room. There is even a sauna in the bathroom! Staff at Santa Claus hotel is very friendly. The walk takes about 10mins from Santa Claus hotel where you get the keys to Hotel Rudolf. Room as a perfectly clean water kettle, offers coffee and tea, hairdryer and TV with many Channels. We stayed there twice within 1 week and everything was wonderful. Would come again any time! "

"Right at the center of Rovaniemi. Clean room and spacious. Only entrance at the 1st floor felt a bit sketchy, but hallway on 2nd floor, where the rooms are, was nice and clean. Would stay here again when needing to stop quickly at the city. Parking lot was just other side of the street. And hotel was connected to Rovaniemi main shopping mall so store’s were really close by."
