"Lovely setting with beach bungalows in a nice garden. Breakfast was really tasty - set menu but could order more than one item! Beach itself is idyllic and great for snorkelling/kayaking. Service was really good, especially a big shout out for the ice cream cake for my birthday! Only downside to this place was that the bed was a little hard for us westerners, but aside from that, all good. "

"Owner was super nice and very welcoming- gave us a high floor room as requested (thank you) which was huge a with a kitchen and massive balcony! Pool is lovely and good for proper swimming- not many sunbeds (and a lot of “towels on sunbeds at 8am going on!!” but we are beach people anyway! Great location tucked away behind the main road in lovely gardens! So quiet. All staff amazing and rooms clean - beds showers great. 5 mins to the beach and bottled water given every day! "Did a detox at The Spa Resorts Lamai Beach. Superb healthful resort with excellent programmes for all types of detoxing. Yoga, meditation and all right on the beach. Literally step off the restaurant to your lounger on the gorgeous deserted beach. Raw food restaurant is really good. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Beautiful in house spa and gym. I recommend. "For the price this place cannot be beat. Amazing location near night market (but I prefer fresh market- even closer and cheaper). Nice pool and 5 min walk to the beach. They will give you towels but it’s also easy to walk along the beach and snag a lounger and umbrella at a bar or resort if you buy a drink or two. Perfectly clean and comfy staff was amazing!"
