"Overall, we had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and had breathtaking river views, which were complimented by beautiful contemporary art. The building itself could use some updates and upgrades like smart TVs. However, any complaint we might have had with the property was readily overshadowed by the amazing staff. Every single person from Josh at the front desk to Bridget at the restaurant/bar to the housekeeping staff were top notch and made the stay exceptionally pleasant and memorable. Please give these people raises as they were outstanding!"

"Thermostat in room did not work. Lamp missing on wall. Cracked tiles in shower. Peeling paint on ceiling. Not a well maintained property. "

"It felt weird that the cards to my room were just lying out on the counter with a bunch of others unattended. But, everything else was really nice. The room was clean and modern. The view was amazing. Very quiet and friendly staff. Just wish I was actually greeted by a person instead of a security camera. "
