"Not Five star for us. The building air conditioning was off for service all four days, our room bedding, glasses and cutlery weren’t changed even when we requested, and our door deadbolt lock was broken."

"I booked a single room but wasn’t expecting anything quite so small. Knew it wouldn’t have a window, but the complete lack of space made it very claustrophobic, barely enough room to have my suitcase open on the floor. Had booked for a quick one night stay and it served that purpose. "

"The staff were really amazing. They helped me find my passport that I lost, and did my laundry. They also helped me get a taxi and make meals. This is an excellent place to stay."

"Staff were so helpful and friendly! The food when we ate in the hotel restaurant was great. The only issue really was with our bathroom, every time you used the shower it basically flooded the place, but for a short stopover stay this hotel was worth it for location alone! "

"No frill hotel. Room and toilet areas are huge which was nice. The negative part, there are no hooks or rod in the toilet to hang anything. There are limited power sockets and there is no air con in the room, we asked the receptionist about it and we were advised that they off the central air con due to winter season and customers can buy their own fan if they feel warm. "

The spa facilities were a huge highlight for us. The different pools, including the lavender and ginseng options, were incredibly soothing and well-maintained. It really felt like a full wellness experience rather than just a hotel stay. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was easily one of our favorite stays, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend February Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing, spa-focused getaway!"
