The property is in the countryside it is about 15 minutes drive to the center of Santader but it is super nice to stay also you have free breakfast and free parking
Great staff! Rafa was terrific with his recommendations as was Gema. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Property is old property that has been lovingly restored. This is classified as a rural property but it deserves more than 2 stars — they provided white tablecloth service, pressed linens and sheets, nice amenities, great staff!!
Great view of the ocean. Very walkable area. Elegant old hotel, modernized, yet charming. Cafe available, as well as restaurant, for those who like to eat before 8:30pm.
The room was perfectly clean and the furnishings were nicely appointed and in very good condition. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, a good selection. The breakfast area is cozy, a tad small.
The location is great; in town so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
We upgraded to a room with a spa bath because we were walking the Camino and knew we would enjoy a soak. The bath was very nice, but there was no soap near it (it’s affixed to the shower wall). ...
We stayed here for two nights on our way to San Sebastian Spain, the hotel was very clean, staff was absolutely great and friendly, they will help with any questions and really made our stay wonderful. We had a nice time chatting with Jose one of the owners, he was very nice and we enjoyed talking to him about different topics.
This town was very interesting with lots of cool things to see, if you are ever in this area of Spain I will recommend to stop by this town and stay at this nice hotel.
We were very happy with our one night in Santander. The hotel was definitely a great place to relax. It was right in the center of tow, near the port and all other transportation hubs.
