"Ist of the address they have on file take you to a horrible place and then qas taken to a noise free location and then the room i was given dont have AC fridge wasn't working no wifi no customer service i had to call n complain before was moved to another room and then the room look okay but the bathroom was horrible looks deserted n abandoned Phone line wasn't working please don't waste your money going to this place"

"As much as that hotel is fantastic ,the wokers are the best ,the environment is super clean ,
It is good for the online agent to check with them before collecting money as that is the big problem i have so who ever want the hotel should check with the hotel b4 book."

"Staff very friendly and accomodating. Good food. Our room was leaky and initially bathroom had no light but this was quickly fixed when this was pointed out. It will be good to check everything ok in the room before putting someone there. Once deficiencies are noticed, it will better to change the room. On the whole, I commend the staff, they were very friendly. The enviroment is something but because of the attitude of the staff, I wont hesitate staying there again when next I visit."

"Generally most of the staff are miserable. The place is not managed well. Fixtures and fittings are dated and unsafe. Cracked light switches, a window that had a sign saying not to open, a shower door that just fell off, (no-one came to fix it)a hydro bath and shower....none of which worked, never leaving 2 towels, despite knowing there was 2 of us in there,staff who come into your room and steal from you , food that takes over an hour to come out, only to be something completely different to...
