We were treated so well by all the staff and it felt like we were saying Goodbye to family at the end of our stay. "The whole hotel breathes luxury and has manicured gardens and surroundings. It’s spotlessly clean throughout and they keep on top of it. Food quality and service also excellent - be sure to try the Teppanyaki Grill. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Of particular note for our stay were Mr Thi, Ambassador, took us on the Basket Boat tour: Mr Hanh, who was ever present at food service, along with Ms Hoa F&B; then Mr Ha, who drove us to the Ba Ha hills and guided us through the ticket...
