"The staff were fabulous especially Twee, she was so helpful and capable. We stayed in the family room which was great , slept so well. The pool area was lovely and the shuttle into town very practical.

"Our rooms were like motel rooms with access to pool out our front door. Large room had everything we needed plus. Large beautiful shower, separate large tub. Comfortable beds, nice overhead fan, toilet separate from bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Restaurant right on the water in a lovely setting. Spa was wonderful. Highly recommend, great for a budget."

When we arrived to our lovely room we immediately got a refreshing smoothie, which was much appreciated after a lot of travelling. Our room had a nice garden view and was clean. "Let me just say this hotel needs better management! I stayed at cheaper hotels in the hoi an area that had better service and ran better. Cleaning service would clean the room after noon each day. Dirty towels and cleaning stuff in the elevator. The rooms are decent. However the service just isn’t there"
