Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay!

Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

This was the best experience we’ve ever had traveling! The views are incredible. The service was like noting we’ve ever experienced before. They helped plan our entire Chianti portion of our trip. I could go on and on about how fantastic they were. Will 100% be coming back in the near future!

Villa Curina was absolutely wonderful. It far exceeded my expectations as I was just trying to find a place close to the start line of the Chianti Ecomaratona in Castelnuovo Berardenga. I loved it so much that I'm trying to find a time to take a few more girlfriends on a girls' weekend away.

Loved this hotel! I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better place. The grounds and gardens are stunning with an awesome view of the Tuscan hill sides.The spa and pool are great for relaxing after coming back from wine tasting. This is truly a gem in the middle of Chianti.

Absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. So quiet and peaceful after the city. Staff were amazing and owner on site. Nice restaurant a short stroll away. Great place to relax and have solitude. If you want to get around away from the property you will need a car. Nice pool and great views.

Just a phenomenal place to stay. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly and helpful staff and the grounds were amazing to walk around. Perfect if you are looking to visit the neighboring villages in Tuscany

The room, staff, and accommodations were fantastic!

The grounds are beautiful, and our room was so nice. The bathroom is huge, which was a great bonus. We had lunch by the pool and dinner at the restaurant, and both meals were excellent. The food is great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you want to relax without ever having to leave the resort. It's ideal for a weekend getaway and is only about a two-hour drive from Rome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Il Borro truly hit all marks for a unique and luxurious stay in Tuscany. The location is a bit removed from the traditional or well-traveled parts of Tuscany, but is perfect if you are seeking quiet, rural and unblemished landscapes. One tip: arrive early (before dark) as the estate is sprawling and GPS sends you in a different direction than reception. We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.
